Technically you could count the Vietnam war and Soviet Union invasion of Afghanistan as part of it but thats still a stretch.

Like you said wasnt a war in the terms of fighting but an economic and influnce battle.

You can include Grenada, Panama, Columbia, Nicaragua, Chile, Cuba, Angola, Lebanon, Ethiopia, The Congo, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Greece. You can also include Korea since it was a war vs Communist states.

It's a long damn list.
