Shit like this is why I could never be a teacher. I already know I'd go postal on some bad ass kids.

This..... ^

however if he kept his cool & didn't throw any desks or curse/scream etc... he could have used that footage to show how bad them kids are..

5 on the black hand.. to your white hand side.

The thing is.. teaching is a tough job.. i could not do it for a myriad of reasons.. these white people goto there lil conferences learn these bullshit cookie cutter theory's and try to apply them to the dynamic real world.. Alot of these teacher are either past it.. or some teach for the wrong reasons... they dictate rather than engage.. I don't envy them though.. you cant yell at kids anymore.. you are basically a mall cop.. all you have is the button to call the office and they really dont wanna hear your ass unless someones dying..

Denying that this is a problem in the black community is dishonest.

Yes, there are lousy white students as well.

But every single black poster who went to a black school will tell you the truth. The black community has a problem teaching their kids to respect education.

Can we say the same of the white community as a whole? NOPE.

shit is all too common....

children nowadays are so lost man....worse than ever....

the common mis-conception is that they don't know what's waiting for them when they move on in the world....the reality, I think, is that yes, in fact they do know and that picture often isn't always so rosey....therefore they act out...

I was always the quiet dude who sat in the back of the class sketching anime while the rest of the class was so disruptive that the teacher virtually gave up on lecturing. Loud and disruptive kids make it exceptionally hard for other students who are trying to learn but need the undivided attention of the instructor. And yes it is a "black problem". I for one will vouch and say some of us just dont know when to shut the fuck up.
In regards to the video, its pretty obvious that the main fools giving the instructors a hard time were black. I don't blame him for snapping because most teachers arent getting paid that much and the last thing they want to do is baby sit someone elses children.
Black people have a hard time taking anything serious especially when it comes to education.

Sad but true

I had honors classes for the most part and everyone understood we were there to learn and were pretty respectful, basically most those with a future.
My few regular classes were fun as hell tho cuz teachers were broke, fires were set, school property stolen, accidents involving injury, and fights went dpwn. It was always the Blacks and Mexicans. Honkeys aint built like that.

I'm a teacher. I teach at a pretty much all black school.

My Honors class is all black. My underachievers are all black.

For the most part, it's income and parents that are the best indicator of student behavior.

However, black kids are judgmental as f*** though.

In the underachieving classes, academic success and proper grammar is often attributed to acting white.

The wrong slang gets kids cut off. People are "pressed" when they try to get assignments done on time.

The saying "misery loves company" is on display regularly as the fools do their best to take people down.

My kids aren't that bad, though.

To those that say just kick out the kids that don't want to learn, it's extremely difficult to classify kids in groups like that. I have a couple kids that were absolute terrors last year that magically turned around and are doing better out of the blue. I have one kid that is succeeding because I'm his first male teacher and he's responding well to a male figure in the classroom. I don't necessarily disagree with the idea, but how do you go about separating kids like that? At one point do you just say "this kid's a lost cause?"

Based on his previous posts, I wouldn't be surprised if the t/s is a racist, but that doesn't mean that there aren't (however they came to be) behavioral differences between black and white students in general.
