Simply because he's the most over guy and I think he can give the title a great run. He can wrestle, his mic skills are pretty decent and his work ethic is phenomenal.
Plus, he has a lot of years left on him.

Ya, but Henry's stop and go push has been due to being too green at 1st and then too injury prone afterwards....he cant be counted on with a title reign...Look at his last title reign...he was killing it and then he gets injured....Dude has spent more time on Worker's Comp than Sin Cara
