I remember when Ice Cube dropped "No Vaseline" He basically said that Eazy E and Jerry Heller were ripping off the rest of the group. NWA never made another song after "No Vaseline" came out. I'm not sure if that counts.

Well, cuz the group had broken up, hello?! "No Vaseline" dropped '91. Cube had obviously already left & Dre left the following year & DOC had been in the car crash. What were they supposed to do, a NWA album with 2 members (minus DJ Yella)? The focus was gonna be on their solo material anyway at the time.

Well the other way to look at it is that they broke up because of "No Vaseline".

Agree w/ the Mr Cee exposure. That nigguh got caught doing some other other shit.

Maybe it's just me, but that Ross exposure was light....probably because I never took anything he said serious to begin w/. Plus COs are crooked as fuck so him being a CO wouldn't necessarily invalidate any criminal dealings he had "allegedly" been involved with. He just lost for lying about it.

It was light, but what made it bigger was the fact that he lied about it and tried to dodge the truth. It's one thing to be like "Yeah I was thinkin about law enforcement as a career, then I decided to follow my dreams and rap" compared to pullin a shaggy and being like "it wasn't me!"

i'd say Ross. if he just copped to being a CO when he was called out on it that wouldve been one thing, but dude went screaming from the mountain tops about how that wasnt him in that pic and he'd never side with the law blah blah blah..... then goes, my bad that was me i was a CO. F outta here.

That Ross ish was crazy, but how can his exposure be the hardest when hes still selling and attracting good talent to his Record Label? I would say the Cat that went from Popularity to Nothing got exposed the hardest.
