those are the only artists i feel like can go platinum PERIOD.... at least how the game is right now

nas will NEVER go platinum again.... he's one of my favorites but anyone who thinks he can go plat is out of their mind....
50 and Jeezy are really the only other rappers who have an off chance at going plat and in order to do that they need a HUGE single most likely with some time of other artist

LOL, good spin off. I think Eminem, Jay Z and KanYe are the only ones that can do it. NaS can barely go Platinum anymore but I think he can go Gold with no features. 50 Cent cannot sell without features so no I don't think he can do it. Snoop Dogg barely has gone Gold off his last two albums, there's no way he's going Platinum without features. Wayne?, No he cannot go Platinum without features, maybe he could do it with "Carter 4" since he will be coming out of jail but for the most part, I don't think Wayne can do without features. This goes to show you how diffcult this actually is. LL Cool J did it. Biggie and NaS went Platinum with only 1 feature. I commend any artist that carries an album on their own and don't overdose on features.

KanYe did it with 808's. Eminem only had 1 feature on "Recovery" and 3 people singing hooks so that was pretty low. Jay Z held his own on "The Black Album" and "American Gangstar" as far as low callabo's. All his other albums pretty much OD on callabos. NaS has kept his career very callabo light also. "STILLmatic" did not have a single rap feature on it besides AZ, blitz and Bravehearts. "Untitled" only a few callabos also.
