Why is UGK not listed? Those niggas were wack as fuck and I would delete everything they ever recorded without a second thought.

but fuck it, I'm going with NWA without Cube....

Eazy was trash, nobody gave a fuck about MC Ren, and with no Dre, there would be no bitch ass Eminem

HELL NAW, PUTTING UGK WOULDA BEEN TOOO SIMPLE... I ORGINALLY HAD A DIFFERENT ROSTER, BUT I STUCK WITH THIS ONE

What's the original roster but if we're talking about a rap group that changed the game, how come you didn't add the Fugees to your list?

No Fugees, no Clef, him not ruining Canibus' debut album with that wack ass production, no hits he produced for popular artists, no overrated ass Lauryn Hill, and with Pras.....no "Ghetto Superstar" cuz that's all he's known for.

I liked Bone and everything but rap would've been fine without them. The other 3 have been crucial.

If you say Wu you gotta be out your monkey ass mind.

Exactly what did Wu-Tang do for Hip-Hop?

Dumb question.

But yet you can't answer it

Stop playing dumb (even though you can't help it) this has been talked about ad nauseum, and in every one of those threads you're up in there discrediting them. So it's pointless it is what it is.

I'm from down South. Maybe every 1 out of 1,000 rap fans down here even care about Wu-Tang. So what the hell did they do?

Okay and I've lived the majority of my life up north and I can appreciate what southern legends have done for hip hop. So your logic is that because you live in the south that means you have tom discredit their contributions to hip hop. You don't even have to like their music.

No, I'm saying being from somewhere where Wu-Tang is not a factor, what did they do? And is whatever they did still shown in today's Hip-Hop with today's artist? Cause NWA, Outkast, and BTNH influences can still be heard today

Wu Tang production style was a big factor in what cats like Kanye, Just Blaze, Heatmakers etc would do later on. The Wu helped reshape the sound of not only east coast music in the mid 90's but for hip hop in general. They were able to be signed as a group with one label and had the freedom to sign a different deal as solo artists. That was un heard of at the time, but now that's commonplace in todays hip hop.

I c a pattern when it comes to those that voted for the wu......same cats are in almost every anti-wu thread...lol

Just because your hood didn't bump them niggas

Doesn't they didn't do shit for hip hop

Shit, I'm tired niggas using their environment to discredit legends.

Just like how they discredit Premo and RZA as producer

Biased ass niggas.

Wu Tang Clan did more for hip hop than UGK

And you're wrong, and just because they do that

Doesn't you hate to discredit the WU for retaliation

That's weak, b.
