Where does Sting rank on your GOAT list?

It's hard for me to rank him cause I was always a WWF guy growing up even during the mid/late 90s when WCW was beating WWF.

sting was my first "favorite wrestler"

my mom watched wwf off and on but as i got into wrestling it was wit wcw. in those early days i ended up gettin a vhs on sting, basically a documentary like they do now.

Sting is an overall great. He doesn't have any memorable promos except the one before he left Nitro and returned as Crow Sting but as a worker that dude was awesome.

He was killing shit with Flair, Vader, Muta, he gave Bret a couple of great matches, had a couple BIG Nitro main events with DDP. Gave Goldberg one of the only memorable matches of that entire streak dude is ill in the ring. I didn't even go into his TNA run which died too late but watch his shit with Angle, Christian and that return match with Jarrett. Not to mention dude just put such a great match with Rollins last month!

Longevity alone gotta put him in the convo, add match quality/work ability, his look, gimmick, the fact that he is a recognized face in the business and what more could a nigga ask for?

Sting is a great, but as a WWF guy I can't put him in my top 10. He missed out on a lot of classic match opportunities by not coming to the E when he was still near his prime.

That being said, he had an all time gimmick and fued with the NWO. Crow Sting was one of the few WCW characters that kept me from switching back to Raw. He had some classic matches, particularly with Flair so I gotta give him some love. He's 15-20 on my list.
