I'd say he's around 10-12 , I'll give him the generous top 10 spot tho.

He is consistently really good in a era where niggas dont try. I think its fair to say he has risen to the top of a weak era, but its weak because his competion doesnt care to compete. Not beacause the talent isnt there. I wont hold that against him just an observation. Also although he was around, he has only a cpl battles vs the top tiers from the golden era that keeps him around 10 for me also.

Didn't like him that much when he debuted and I agree that some of his lines get gassed but he never takes a battle off. Always writes and has great aggression. Reminds me of Calicoe.

he coulda been another nigga stuck in mid top tier (cortez, young kannon) but he put in work to where he can get any battle he wants roc vs hollow doesn't sound as far fetched now as it would've 2-3 years ago
