Well me personally Bizzy Bone could rap fast, slow, could sing, and could get a grimy yelling style (flip flop flow) and talked about all types of different shit

Mystikal it takes a lot of skill to rap that fast accopanied wit yelling nd kill beats underrated lyricist nd the energy he brought on the tracks was crucial

those are 2 that come to mind Big L could rap but he aint rap about much it was just punchlines nd his crew thats all u heard every track. I'ma pac fan but we all kno he wasnt super lyrical so I wouldn't put him in my most talented list. And Biggie while havin a great flow had weird lyrics nd didnt talk about much positive shit the guys T/S named wouldnt be put in my most talented list
