When we are born is language in our dna?

Being a graduate of the School of Dro, I have to say that the ability to speak, and learn a language is in our DNA. If you're chinese then you have a proficiency to learn chinese just because you're chinese. You don't see Americans speaking chinese at 2 years of age, but guess what? In china, the chinese speak chinese at 2 years of age. This is due to DNA, no other way to explain it.

i was born in texas tho and i speak louisianian

i must be half louisianan?

speaking no...but communitcation yes...so u arent born with like English or Cantonese in ur DNA its learned after the fact but...communitcation is pretty universal all babies cry,laugh, and things like that...what i found interesting is that...u cant remember anything until u learn to speak as a child...
