shorter...I like my physique but I kinda want my arms to be a little bigger about 16.5...they lost size when I got the fat off em..they like 15.5s cut

Lean muscle mass and being toned are totally different issues - muscle is muscle and won't turn into flab (aka 'fat')....any developing flab can be attributed to lack of any exercise whatsoever. I'm very fortunate to be one of them individuals with well defined lean muscle mass & a good work out with 20/25 dumbbells (10 reps/10 sets) will make me LOOK extremely buffed for my size/& age.

I use dumbbells for all of my work-outs and I don't have to be a member of any gym to do those exercises.... being outside is so refreshing & its FREE!!
