Because how it was conceived isn't just about the innocent life, people make a choice to have a child or they choose not to prevent themselves from having one when they engage in sexual intercourse. When someone has that choice removed from them then it is a totally different situation as is the case when rape is involved.

Sex isn't being criminalized, you suffer the consequences of your actions for having sex. Your irresponsibility in having sex that led to the pregnancy is not a reason to use a medical procedure as a form of birth control when there was time before and during sex to prevent the pregnancy from occurring, so terminating a pregnancy is unnecessary.
