seems like almost every rapper is rapping about the same shit nowadays

It's something wrong with the music and business. Like someone said earlier the music has no soul and type of connect, it's too easilly accessible which takes away the value of it, and it's too many rappers watering down the music.

when krs 1 was coming up he was cocky
when ra was coming up he was cocky
when ll was coming up he was cocky
like these niggas was saying " i'm the best, none yall niggas fuckin with me"
that air of competition always existed
you had it with Pac and BIG
Nas and Jay
now niggas just trying to force shit with say J Cole and Drake,
everyone just wants to be friends, nobody has that attitude that they are better than the next nigga, dats why gayz still rules, cuz he says he's better than everybod, who saying they are better than jayz? nobody, coward ass stans
thesynthesis;3067237 said:If that nigga Drake manned up and said "nigga jayz , knaye aint seeing me, i respect there OG, but them niggas aint seeing me, i mastered there style"
it'd be controversial, but it'd get him respect, cuz he basically saying i'm the new don dadda in this shit....thats how u take rap music to the next level, the batton gets passed and if niggas got an issue with wat he is saying they will get on the mic and settle it
