My Strongest exericse, though I don't work my legs nearly enough is the dead lift. My favorite however, is the good ole fashion Bench Press, 2nd favorite are pull ups.

Power Cleans are my favorite! People at my College tend to neglect this excercise for some reason. But people seemed more impressed that I could Power Clean 4 reps of 275lbs than anything that everyone else was doing.

I see u back up in here...that shit u posted about the Ectomorph, mesomorph and all that, I need to see that again. They had a good program on there that I was on, but I lost it because i didnt save it before the IC went down.

I like to do many exercises like push ups and downs ,yoga ,cycling and more but i like waling because it is an easy exercise and a person can easily reduce weight with it.So my favorite workout is running and walking.

weighted pullups/chinups not my strongest exercise ,I just feel like I'm getting so much brute strength from them

I forgot to add that I love doing lots of push-ups, too. 100 regular push-ups, followed by 50 diamond, 50 knuckle, and 20 spiderman push-ups.

These days i am doing yoga and i think it is the most suitable exercise to lose your weight.

It helps also to overcome your mental stress issues.

My favorite is my flat dumbell bench press. After that would probably be tri-cept pull downs and then straight legged dead lifts.

I hate doing yoga but i try to mix it in since my back, legs and neck get tight after a week of working and working out, i love it when im done i know that, my favorite will always be bench press, i dont really care what my max is on any other exercise as long as i get good workouts in, with the bench its like a personal competition trying to raise my max
