The Neutral Evil Code

The personal code of a neutral evil character may look like this:

Dr. Manhattan was at first True Neutral as is any new diety I supposed rising above the childish fray of mortal quarrels.

Towards the end I suppose he transformed to neutral good, hence the death of rorschach being he'd be a monkey wrench to the Doc's vision.

true neutraul because I know it's life after death, and my spirit is not afraid of death, it's not that I don't care about my life while Iam alive, but I don't fear death. I think thats why some people become afraid of me, because I'm hard to scare. I fear loosing my soul. My spirit tells me it is a heaven and a hell. & I don't want to go to hell.
