For those that asked look into process technology... Get your degree and get into a plant. Union plants are better (no layoffs, way better benefits) but the corporate owned ones are going to top out better.

Its alot safer than you'd think. There are rules, regulations, and permits for every single thing that goes on...and the money is fuckin stupid.

I work 6 months out of a year with two weeks vacay. I only work 2 weeks out of a month. Thats 5 months of work a year and 60k...easily 6 figs once i top out in 3 years. Shit im sittin on my ass watching t.v as we type, easiest job i ever had.

Dont let yourself get wrapped up in that american dream shit is all im sayin... Dreams are dreams for a reason. Good luck.

I'm interested in doing this, but I hear with the certificate/degree you achieve, it's still difficult for plants to hire you because they want experience.

I have an associates in process technology, so yea its actually a degree.

and nothing is really hard if you just focus and knock that shit out. A lot of the guys at the 2 year colleges have worked in plants their whole life, retired, and are now teaching just to keep themselves busy. So using them as a reference can sometimes hold even more merit than work experience.

When i got hired all 5 of my hiring class was people i saw around school, 4/5 even classmates at some point. So you know us referencing the right people had something to do with that.

- Ive been to Italy, London, Paris, Amsterdam and Switzerland, (just to name a few), in one month, when i was 16
- I graduated high school when almost no one believed in me

- I box, and is in great shape

- broke the gate at the Eiffel Tower, and didnt get in trouble =)

- made the dean's list both semesters in college (1st yr of college)

- No std's, no babies, no baby mama drama

Got a BS Degree in Computer Informations Systems.

Never was a thug, so I got a Secret clearance after the degree and got w/ the DOD that opened to more doors and possessions...
Bought my truck (paid in cash) and bout to buy another whip paid off.
Bought my guns(paid in cash), K-47 w/ accessories, Shotguns, etc. Now I want a Tommy Gun, M-4, M-16 or a Sig 556..
Have me traveling to foreign lands and now when/if I decide to come back to the states I can pay off my student loans (paid full in cash), but I'll see if I can get em reduced if possible cause I won't pay it if I don't have to...
The amount my account at now is the most I ever seen.

No baby's, po's, or nothing.

A few more that the Lord's blessed me w/ that I can't remember now....
