I wouldn't say Evisu was really a hip hop trend though, it was just a fashion trend period...

A lot of stuff that we mentioned wasn't considered hiphop before rappers started wearing it. But it's also how we as children, participants, subjects and authors of hiphop rock our gear. It's why street fashion is often considered a 5th element of Hiphop. Evisu was obviously inspired by street fashion too.

Still, i didn't see many rappers shouting out Evisu. I'm sure there were.
