Slowed down music is hard to explain, I've been screwed up for about 10+ years and have never stepped foot in Houston. If you listen to a whole Screw tape (by DJ Screw) you might have a better understanding. Also each DJ brings something different. DJ Screw's approach to a tape was all about giving you the feel that you was chillin with friends, while Watts was putting you up on new shit
