Being a previous manager at Waffle House, it's a mixture between being a small location, being always open, and the fact the Waffle House is a cornerstone in southern culture. They've been in existence since 1955 and the fact they are all over the place. You can't beat that! More convenient than McDonald's at times.....

I luh me some waflle house. Its very convenient where Im at. i prolly eat there like once every 2 weeks. Dennys used to be the shit now their food taste like shit. Ihop used to be my favorite but they fell off hella hard but I'll go to the hop if I have a mad crave for their pancackes tho. U can always expect ya food to be fresh at the waffle house-dem muhfuckas cook that shit right in front of u and they aint slip one bit from my experience eating there...

I knew waffle house was the shit when my ol boy hit my phone up earlier this year outta nowhere asking me if I ever been there cuz he loved it and was wondering why they aint got one in his city, lol.

Waffle House is okay, but there are far better places.

If you come to NorCal, here's some spots I frequent:

Brown Sugar Kitchen, Oakland .........good

Chicken and Waffle House, Oakland ....bomb ass collard greens ....open til 4am

Southern Kitchen, San Jose .............gigantic portions, i mean colossal king kong portions

Auntie April's Chicken, Waffles & Soul Food, San Fran.....good

Country Waffles......Hayward.....meh, still decent

Roscoe's Jeanne Jones Omlet still bomb status in SoCal though.

I rememba a few years ago me and potnas was in denny's late night, drunk as fuck. So one of da homies pulls out his phone and puts on some porno and sets it up like we was watchin' tv and had it kinda loud too. hahaha

Nobody said nothin' not even da workers. Another time we was in denny's on another drunk late night, I brought in a pepsi bottle mixed wit drank. So da waitress bitch comes up to me and says no drinkin alcohol in our establishment. I say Im not drinkin', this bitch say let me smell that bottle, I give this bitch da Shaq face and tell that bitch to fall back and go get my food.
