Avatar - very good . Loved it in 3d
Princess and the Frog - another good one. I like the twist to the story

I'm waiting to see The Runaways and Cyrus next month at SXSW.

Law Abiding Citzen sucked big ass.

I recommend foreign movies : "Prophet" a French movie about Muslim prisoner (fans of prison movies have to check it asap), "Mother" (Korean thriller with leading actress putting all this year's Oscar nominees in big shame) , "Sin Nombre" (about Mexican gangs) & "Let the right one in" (Swedish take on tired vampire genre resulted in one of the grimiest and most thrilling movies I've seen in a while).

As for Hollywood I liked "A Serious Man", "Disgrace", "The Road", "District 9" and "500 Days of summer". "Harry Brown" rule as the best British crime movie of the year imo.

anybody else seen revolutinary road? i seen the previews when it 1st came out cuz it was getting alot of oscar buzz but never wanted to see it. well it came on tv not too long ago and it's pretty good, i'm a leo dicaprio fan and he was good in it and so was kate winslet. there were some sex scenes, nothing too racy but hot nonetheless. basically about a young couple in the 50's trying to find themselves and the pressures of life at that time. the ending pissed me off and was quite depressing but a good watch, i'd recommend it.

Great movie. Those two have great chemistry.

Daybreakers is decent. The first half outshines the second half though.

Inglourious Basterds is one of my fav. for the whole year. QT can't really go wrong though.

Revolutionary Road was good

Inglorious Bastards was alright... but i'll admit, that dude that played the german who sold out hitler killed that role. one of best performances of the year imo.

Pineapple Express was better than The Hangover imo... But both were good
