Between $45 and $55 this Winter. Only used the Heat about 3-4 times. Ive already used the AC 3 times in March. During the Summer Months Ill hit the low 90's.

Shit is about 35 during the winter.

Then jumps to about 60 during the summer.

It has never gone over 70 in my nearly 2 years of living here.

I live in an apartment, and we have solar panels on the roof, so I'm not sure how that factors in and shit, but yeah. And natural gas.
