We had to do this recently with the people above us. They ended up getting evicted over that shit 'cause the cops got involved and they were already labeled a nuisance by property management.

Yeah, I'd rather have that on my conscience than some kids getting hurt or killed. That's really the only reason I'd take such an action. Otherwise I'd mind my business.
