"Survival of the Fittest" by a decent margin. That track shook me at the foundations when I first heard it. It's what started me on my Mobb Deep obsession.
From there, I'd go with both "Back At You" and "Right Back At You," and then perhaps "Shook Ones pt. 2."
It's very difficult to decide, though. They released three classic albums back-to-back with arguably not one skippable track between them, and that goes without mentioning the incredible feature work they did in the mid 90s.
