My mixtape cassettes were untouchable. These 90s babys brought up in the digital era dont know the struggle of putting together a mixtape cassette.

It was the worst when the tape ran out half way into a track

man, i was the king of timing my tapes, so they wouldn't run out in the middle of a song. guessing how much time i had left before the side ran out. my problem was i was recording on shitty systems. mad air and pops in between songs when i stopped the tape to start the next song.

i still got most of my personal mixtapes i used to record from the radio, back in the late 80s/early 90s. 1450 AM WOL, the Big Brother Konan show in the DMV area. He used to play all that great hip hop from New York, LA, and Texas, because the DMV area was primarily GoGo music.
