Everything. I think the defense was the problem first and foremost thought. With all their other problems, they probably wouldn't have been an elite team, but the defense is what kept them from even being a decent team.

What went wrong?

NFL LOCKOUT

With all of the new free agents, new coaching staff, and new playbook on both sides of the field the lockout hurt the Eagles more than any other team in the National Football League. More than rookie quarterbacks and more than rookie coaches because both had an advantage that the Eagles did not, which is a team with somewhat a foundation and identity already in place. I'm noticing that the defense catches a lot of blame like the offense wasn't getting a shit load of turnovers and like Shady wasnt the only offensive player that really earned his paycheck this year. Every team has flaws. The Eagles tried to fix those flaws and change their entire identity all at once with no training camp. That's what is to blame for the Eagles' troubles. They will be fine next year once they have a true off season to prepare their team.

Yet niggas want Andy Reid fired.... which would be your GM as well as your head coach being fired, Howard Mudd(the guty who Andy persuaded to come out of retirement) would most likely leave, Washburn and Jaun would prolly leave as well, and then he Chargers would sign Andy and he'd prolly bring along his staff, and then the Chargers would make their way to a superbowl win while Philly fans are stuck looking like the idiots that they are

If you can't control the line of scrimmage and you turn the ball over more than your opponent in the NFL you lose. Obviously I could go into more detail but that right there can sum it up. Shit just look @ teams that lose the turnover battle and look @ their records, they speak for themselves. Either way I think we will be fine next year, and Castillo has to go, PERIOD...

The pats play to their strengths, they run that dink and dunk offense now because they have a lot of small, quick, slot type receivers and it works.
