I Mean when you compare the size Of the south To the Little Atlantic area that is the East Coast, you'd expect more Members loll

What? Nigga there is 11 million ppl in NYC alone. ATL has like half of that
ATL couldn't possibly have 5.5 million.

Where I live in Long Beach has more people than ATL.

No lie, I thought ATL had a few million people too.. damn..

lmao I just realized what hes looking at. Hes looking at the population of the actual city of Atlanta. Most ppl that live here live in the outskirts of the city limits. When they do the actual census shit they count everything in metro Atlanta which is around 5-6 mil.

For those that have never been here compare it to Manhattan(city of Atlanta) and the rest of the boroughs(Gwinnett Co, Cobb Co, Dekalb Co) on a much smaller scale.

Why are ya'll even arguing this. One of the hallmarks of Southern cities are relatively low population densities. That's also one of the things that draws people to them. Who would even want ATL be stupidly populated like NYC?

actually annexation and expansion of cities helps their economy and ability to get investment and aid, which is why most cities have expanded over the years

That may be true, but that's not what I was talking about. I was simply pointing out that the low population density is something that draws people to Southern cities like ATL and Charlotte. Basically they like the city feel without feeling like they can't move a foot without bumping into someone.
