Born and raised in Bmore...came to Tulsa, OK for college though..still not sure why lol

Anyway do most people consider the south beginning with VA. I know people in Northern Va that consider themselves eastern rather than south since they get so much overflow from D.C

I think its foolish to by which side was the state on in the civil war....things have changed since then.

Dude you literally just repeated what I said, and there is a hell of a lot more in MD than DC and Bmore suburbs. But hell even if you going to talk about those, Hartford County is literally right outside of Bmore and that shit is as country as anything you'll find down South. And when you go out to places like Waldorf, it looks like a typical southern city. Again, I'm not saying t hat MD is a typical southern state, but it's not a typical east coast state either. Like I said, it's pretty much the merging of the two regions.
