Lyrically, guys like Joe Budden continue to shine, but I c/s whoever said Rick Ross. Deeper Than Rap was a good album, and Officer Ricky has a knack for picking the perfect production for 85% of his tracks. The Clipse = consistency. Lupe Fiasco spits flames, but I've only heard two Lasers tracks (Beamin & What You Want), and I'm worried.
