Tryna figure out how anyone could make a case for anyone OTHER than Dre.

No solo albums.

You're answering a different question than the O/P is asking. But I get it.

No i'm not, OutKast has a discography. Andre doesn't. When I chose Scarface it was strictly based on his solo work.

Yeah you are. The post says consider the group albums. Meaning fuck who has or doesn't have solo albums. Take the actual music that each has put out and compare the music. Apples to apples.

I'm sure t/s wouldn't mind clearing up the confusion. I'm I'm wrong, I'm wrong...but I'm right.

If I use group albums as well as solo, Andre 3000 doesn't have a case. He just catches up some. I'll say this again,

28 Years, no Wack Albums. He hasn't been asked to stand the test of time as an individual or as a group member. I can listen to scarface + Geto boys for damn near a whole day and not have a lapse in quality. OutKast might get you through your lunch break. Who's to say what would have happened if they had to go 3 or 4 more albums, I mean, we all witnessed idlewild. Face answered that bell and still is, nigga droppin another album the first of next month. Dre don't have a case off sheer volume.

You're doing it again, fam. Lol. You wanna factor longevity and all this other shit in for some reason. Stick to the question. And it's not who's career would you rather have, etc. It's STRICTLY discography. The actual music that each on put out. Dre could have put out all his work over the course of 6 months and Face could have been doing it since the 70's...and that would still have nothing to do with the question being asked. How does one's stack up against the others. When I consider that, Dre >>> Scarface. And this is coming from a big scarface fan.

If the question being posed was who made better music, that's more subjective and dre would have an argument. The question is who has the better discography. Or who has a larger collection of great music. A great discography is quality music over time, but since you keep taking criteria away, we can take out longevity also, i'll play that game.

It's like digging for gold my nigga. You might have a couple brighter nuggets, but at the end of the day, we go to the jeweler to sell that shit, i'm comin out with more because i have more gold than you.

I'm not going to give the same respect to a man who didn't do it on his own, and i'm not going to give the same respect to a man who didn't do as much. That's just crazy.

A nigga who had a roommate to help pay his bills can't have no conversation with a nigga who paid everything on his own. He don't understand what it take. Face ain't have no crutch.
