Prior to lets say 2005 if you were a combo guard you were not getting picked in the 1st round...Gilber, Monta Ellis....stop throwing out outlandish comparisons and post something with credibility...
Maybe I should have put undersized combo guards to make this better with the AI thing

Magic came around and big point guards were POPPING off GP Penny Kidd. Even now Chris Paul is the only undersized PG since Tim Hardaway to get HEAVY love right? Everyone else is 6'3 or better besides rondo (westbrook, rose, curry, wall, Kyrie, Evans, Holiday etc)
Isiah is the only reason why that trend didn't run small PG's out of the league because he succeeded while magic was in power
Mike had everyone looking for 6'6 SGs with athleticism...I don't believe there were very teams that had their offense run through the 2 before Mike Jordan (not very successfully)
MJ birthed the 2guard position so heavily that now basically everything under 6'6 is seen as undersized, right?
@bilfiger LeBron did what Grant hill with success...I love G. Hill, don't get me wrong he was Detriots alpha dog, BUT he didn't make people feel at any time that he could win them a title, I don't believe people were looking to build their squads around those positions until LeBron.
Same goes for AI until the lil dude from Newport News took Philly to the finals no one was checking for undersized 2guards to lead them to titles.
KG brought an abnormal amount of athleticism and skill to the four (Kemp was athletic, but not nearly as skilled as KG)
