but question..

do you ever think about why you respect the people that you respect.

did you ever think about why you look up to certain people or certain behaviors...

did you ever think why certain things dont bother you even if they are inhumane...

did you really try your hardest today...

even if it was to help out with something simply.....did you do it like a boss or did it just to get it done.

always remember there is no traffic going an extra mile....AND you will be further than the rest

I respect the people I do mainly based on the value their actions have not only while they're here but after they're gone as well. My biggest issue I run into is if I don't respect you I tend to not value shit you say.

have you ever though about relocating.

another city, state, country....

did you apply for a job just see if you could get it...just to test the waters.

I considered that when I left for college. I purposely chose the school my mentor suggested because I knew it'd force me to grow and adapt in ways I hadn't before. I knew the biggest challenge wouldn't be in the classes but the environment itself and I was right. I look back at my mentality when I left for school at 19 vs what it was when I graduated and I'm amazed at just how much I grew and changed over that time.

we all need to help and hold each other accountable.

we can make this right....we can create something powerful

if i am fukkin up ...i need someone to tell me

but i also need to have someone help me if i ask for it....

or maybe just help cause i said i ran into a problem and didnt ask for help.

what is the harm in helping just because...

did it harm you in anyway....does it make you feel a grown man can do it himself.

do you feel ...since you made it without ...he should be able to as well....

guess what...we never know when we may be on the other end of that need......

so i will go outta my way just because i want to help.

people talk about karma.....but what about the positive things that come back because of the positive you out out there......

Helping when it's needed...I think that's a part of a problem we see now. You even see it on the IC when niggas talk about solutions to problems and their responses are vague as fuck. Instead of trying to share the information to help others it's like they feel like if they say what they think they know somebody is going to one up them and get a spot they want instead of being confident enough to think that no matter who knows what they're still good enough to achieve their own personal goals.I'll never be on the side of those who respond to being asked for advice they claim to have the answer for with "it's not for me to tell you"...to me that says you really don't know shit or you're not as confident as you claim to be

i know one thing....my mentor stays on my ass.....

calling at crazy times....harassing the fukk outta me...but you know something......i got very far with his help and his persistent harassment.

i think more of need this but choose to only want it the way they want it rather than how they need it.

Nothing wrong with suggesting someone get the answers for themselves but at least point them in the right direction. Niggas always want to be extra cool on some I know something you don't know elementary school shit. When we talking real life building ain't no room for that. Either make a legit suggestion with the details and plans to back it up or just stay silent but the vague ass "Nah I'm not sharing information just know I got it" shit don't do anybody any good

boredom and imagination motivate me. Along with getting older and seeing time motivates me becoming more a factor in realizing things I'm talking about or shutting the fuck up about them. Who I am motivates me to be a better/truer/more sincere version of myself too.

Fear motivates me a little, the fear of not having a job, losing a job, being alone, insecurities, etcetera.

Past feelings of accomplishments also motivate me and people's criticisms/positive also motivate me artistically to want to perform better or give something more time because not only do I like what I do but others do too.

Pussy is also a motivator, but I won't tell my girl that

Rewards motivate me. Give me my cookie damnit!!

There's so much to say I don't even know where to start. There were so many questions but I'll start with the title.

Hands down, I'm the most self motivated and driven person I know. And what motivates me is purpose. I know everything has (a) purpose, and so do I.

When Pac said “I'm not saying I'm gonna change the world, but I guarantee that I will spark the brain that will change the world.” He was speaking about me. Not me alone, but yes, ME. The world will change for the better, and I will have played a part in that. Everything I'm building will benefit all Life on the planet, not just people.

But I blame all of my limitations on myself, mainly my ignorance. I also realize that nothing in existence is independent of itself, but at the moment, I'm building alone. So being that I haven't built a reliable team or made the necessary connections, I have to build alone and I haven't yet figured out how to build all of these things and invest into all of these ideas with my VERY limited resources (or at least with what I'm aware of as limited). I only build alone because I haven't found anyone to really build with. But at the same time, I know there's avenues I'm not taking that will help, I just don't realize them yet. At the moment I'm strugglin and everybody I know is too (which perpetuates this cycle, a bunch of poor people making poor decisions). At the moment, ALL of my resources go into survival only, so executing these ideas takes a little ingenuity.

Another reality is, people like me very rarely cross paths with people like 2stepz and others who have the resources and the will to build. To me it seems that in the world there's a lot of financially stable people with questions, and a lot of poor people with answers. So what are we going to do about that? What connections need to be made?

Also, being that nothing is independent of itself, how does one build several non-profits, co-ops and businesses alone?

How?

To be continued...

workin with limited resource is the best time to create.....because you have to be creative instead of just throwing your resources.

you tend to think more and process the what ifs.

if you can learn to eat for a week with tuna, bread and koolaid.

you should be fine when you you have a fridge full of food.

but what if you lived like you only had tuna, bread and koolaid when you have the fridge full of food.

never forget your hunger even when you are not hungry

I missed this response.

But yeah, I'm very familiar with being creative and working with limited resources. What I was saying is that right now, I'm at the point where I need to build reliable teams and I haven't found the right people to build with yet so it leaves a whole lot of work for one person. Until I align with the right people, I'll continue to build alone.

We're beyond the "what if's" and ideas at this phase. I don't even operate on that level to my knowledge. These are actual programs and organizations that are in motion. My limited resources also means I can't "pay" for anyone to build with me at the moment.

Deep question

Everyone wakes up out of the bed for a reason

Regardless of how strong that reason is varies with each person

But, with me, it's different

Being exposed to the world, the real world outside of what I usually see, at the age of 16, just blew my mind

I'm just attracted to the life of having OPTIONS

Options to decide what I want to eat today and how much

Options to pick what place to travel to and how long

Options of how much I want to work and how much do I want to make that day/week/month

Options of being around people that will push me to the next level, regardless of how I feel at that time and are high quality people

Option of deciding which whip to pick on a Friday, whether that be the blacked out Ferrari 458 Italia or the Lamborghini Aventador or the Cadillac XTS (I rode in my cousin's XTS this past weekend, clean ride)

Options of having my fam, living lavish or just chillin out in the bahamas, then Dubai right afterwards, because I can

OPTIONS

And those who seem to have the most options, are ironically those who rebel against society's rules and quotas such as entrepreneurs

I notice those who have real WEALTH and POWER don't need to brag, and I'm not talking about niggas who wear "wealth" on their body, i.e.rappers or entertainers (which is a facade anyway)

Niggas like Boosie, who be on VladTV talking about, the reason why they wear big jewelry is because he's a "flashy street nigga", and people who see him with that shit on have to consider him a person of value, because of the "expensive" jewelery he's wearing

When in a truly wealthy person life, that is all pointless

The person with the most power, don't have to let you SEE his power, you will FEEL it, when he wants you to

I can list off 5 or so entrepreneurs that have true, dominant power and only flex when they need to

Richard Branson, owner of the Virgin Empire- Net Worth:$5 Billion

Jack Dorsey, owner of Twitter/Square- Net Worth: $1.19 Billion

Richard F. Smith, owner of private equity firm (black investor)- Net Worth: $2.5 Billion

Grant Cardone, owner of Grant Cardone enterprises- Net Worth: $100 million

Gary Vaynerchuk, owner of Vaynermedia/Wine Library- Net Worth:$10 million

Daymond John, owner/creator of FUBU- Net Worth:$250 million

Those dudes right there have more money than 95% of the rappers that niggaz love to listen to except anomalies such as Jay-Z, 50 Cent, and Diddy

And most of those guys I listed are not flashy, but got BANK

I want to bring the life that I dream about to reality

Thats the masonic approach : stay lowkey, surround yourself with multi dimensional partners and BUILT AN HERITAGE.

Im not a mason, but the way they built things in the shadows is something i respeck and take as a way to live.

Each state should have a shadow group of elders , grown ups and promising teenagers. This group must be divided in subgroups placed in communities.

1 - Eliminate people who are holding the communities back by outkasting them or ... you know how

2 - promoting, prefering, communty members businesses

3 - take the drug game out of communities

4- protecting women from single motherhood by making them abort by any means necessary. Its the root of poverty.

Yeah my measure are somewhat heartless but leaders are heartless when it comes to the good of their communities.

Its not that black america is poor. Balck america is waisting its time to impress white supremacists :

Who are laughing at them cause they sell them the means to act up

Who are laughing at them any time they adopt one of there traits ot way of living

Who are laughing at them anytime they them killing each other in oreder to buy them goods

You aint free if you waist money looking to impress your opressor.

You are free if you are ignoring its provokations and not compromising yourself to equal him.

It might seem corny to some or maybe all ppl on the site but I guess I have a lot of factors that motivate me. A lot of it has to do with being around negative folks and witnessing negative shit for most of my adult life so far. Then being a person with a disability and trying to get goals accomplished is like crazy.

When I look at my life and certain areas of it certain things can be a whole lot better than what they are but I understand that things can be much worse so I take that as a blessing. My whole thing is I just want to feel as I can contribute or do something positive in life and live my life on my own terms.

I really would like to get on my feet and

maybe own a business (if I can afford it)

travel across the country or move out of the state

Women is not my main focus that's the least of my issues.

I'm not even necessarily talking about race here

but, as far as our problem as a people, is more complicated and less straight cut

You talking about systematic oppression, harassment, murder, all caused by the gov't and the deconstruction of our original culture

That's going to take a while, for us all to get on the same page

Success doesn't discriminate, especially nowadays

The richest person in history, was a black man, worth billions

And even with the racist bullshit, that still happens and occurs to this day

Doesn't mean you can't enjoy life to the absolute fullest

I can speak for myself, when I say, I don't want to impress no one but myself and live the life of luxury

I'm not looking for approval from nobody, especially no white ppl

Im blessed enough to say I've been to 15 countries and counting, all before the age of 25

I did 8 countries in a month back when I was 16

You know what the reaction I get from most white ppl, when I tell them I travel??

Most of them don't want to talk anymore once I mention it, instant jealousy

But, is that going to make me stop traveling? Hell nah, they all can fuck off

You gotta stay hungry, dedicated, and work smart for it and it will happen

Get outta that "if i can" mindset

You can afford anything you work towards

Money isnt the only thing needed to open a business...u gonna need knowledge, skills, connections, a plan, an end goal, and some form of education

People always forget educating yourself is free, its the degree that costs money...hell i dont have a physical degree but I always boast an Associate's on my resume and in interviews cuz i have the education and applied skills

This is true but unfortunately many don't have the means to travel as much especially as a teenager. There needs to be something done to increase the knowledge of the world outside your immediate area for those who can't afford to travel as much or at all. That's alot of our problem. No concept of the world outside your neighborhood. Just knowing there's more out there than what you see daily can be motivation for many but not everyone is even aware that shit exists.

I mentioned this in the thread about education how my dad made world topics casual conversation in my home growing up. Just that alone did wonders for my ability to think outside the box and know there was more to the world than the bullshit I saw outside everyday. It's part of the reason why when I had the chance to leave for school I picked an out of state school. I knew had I stayed in DC or PG County I wouldn't have been challenged to grow as an individual the way I was when I left
