The departed! Hopefully Fincher's The girl with the dragon tattoo remake should be good, and really curious to see what Spike does with Oldboy.

The Departed
The Thing
Dawn of the Dead
A Woman, A Gun and a Noodle Shop
King Kong

The upcoming Girl With the Dragon Tatto, True Grit, and the upcoming Old Boy arent true remakes, theyre just based on the same books used as the source material on the first films.

Naw, i mean the John Carpenter movie. Its a remake of a 1951 film. The new one coming out is a prequel not a remake.

Word john carpenter's the thing is a masterpiece. Dawn of the dead remake is amazing, let me in is great.

Most overrated remake of all time= SCARFACE

Oh yea and will people please stop calling the new the thing movie a fuckin remake, it is a damn prequel which is the story of the group that kurt russell and the other dude investigated. Remember in the beginning you see the two people trying to kill the dog, it will be basically about that entire time.

Carpenter said in an interview that the Thing had no original form, and that's why he refused to release production stills. He didn't want any single image to be cemented in people's minds as being the original form of the Thing. Also, the ship does not belong to the Thing, the Thing assimilated its pilot.

The original is better, al pacino's scarface certainly isn't a classic based on quality.

Well, fuck it, it is to me, I dont care what no one says...and I think DePalma's Scarface is better than the original, though that ones good, too.
