That's the one word I would use myself. Nothing more amusing than watching humans active. From porno to hip-hop, humanity is a really fun thing to watch and interact with.

I would also describe human men as: predator.......we go after what we want, and we let little things get in the way of that. Morals, money, and laws are nothing to a man who will chase what he WANTS. I include myself in that, although I usually let morality be my guide (usually).

I would also describe women best as opportunists. We men know damn well women can get a lot of shit their way just because of them being women.
