getting any higher than a 3.2 here is difficult and an achievement. i don't see why you should care about your gpa unless your going to grad school. experience is more valuable than grades right now ...

Depends on ur major. I know cats w/ a 3.0+ in shit like English, Communications, History, etc. that are not doing well on the job scene, but I got a homey who graduated w/ a 2.75 in engineering and he's caking.

What was it JJ??

My GPA was 3.7 but I've been bullshittin and it's about down to a 3.5 now and I still have one year left.

I'm in a top 20 undergrad accounting program in the nation and it's mad competitive. Everyone that got accepted into the business school had 3.8 and now they make sure that they curve grades so the majority of the class gets like 3.1's and shit. Shit sucks. I could get 3.7's and shit still if I really put a lot of effort into it but I don't know if it's worth it.

My GPA dropped to a 2.98 after getting a C in French, and the C was weighted more heavily since it is worth more credit hours.

Feels bad man.

And this was after over half the class dropped because they was failing.

bitch ass teacher.

You gotta have a 3.2 plus in those liberal arts majors, it can be lower if you do a math or science type major. As long as you do well in your major classes you're good, employers ain't gonna trip if you make a C in Biology if you're a Political Science major.

JJ you doing it wrong. Your freshman/sophomore years are when you have those easy ass general courses. You supposed to rock 4.0s, so even if you slide a bit once you get into those harder major courses, your gpa will still be high.

i barely did SHIT this semester. failed one of my courses. i was on some fuck college shit lol & because i did ^^^^^^ that my freshman & sophomore years, my gpa is 3.4 cumulative. imma try to get my cumulative back to 3.6 before i graduate next year tho.

I figure that the general classes will actually be harder for me, because I have a fairly easy major and im actually interested in it...
