Rent

Bills

Food

Bullshit tickets and court fees

Funny thing about this the average person will spend a down payment for a house in about 3 years anyway on rent.....I use to frown on it but now I think it might be wise for young people to stay at home for a couple years even after college.

I agree. We all need to own some type of land, Renting should only be a temporary situation. But a lot (maybe some) of us didn't and don't have those options like staying at home after college.

It's sad that in cities like LA, NY, SF. The real estate market is so fucked up, that in some situations 2 gainfully employed people with good credit, still can afford shit.

Fat women.

Lately my bank account. I'm tryin to buy a house.

In Cali............................Good luck with that.

A down payment and a VA loan. You can take that crab in a barrel fuck shit on old man.

Down payment not needed on a VA loan, you all good

I wanna be able to put a lil something on it at least. Trying to keep my payments down, these houses expensive af :-(

Get your credit score high, lock in a good interest rate and you good. My payments are low because I worked on my credit and actually got money back at closing. And get something you can handle by yourself

Also, to add onto this, try to get a real estate agent that will be willing to give you back a certain percentage of their commission. The real estate agent game is really competitive and deals haven't been coming through at the desired pace. Some real estate agents would be willing to give you back a certain percentage of their commission as a way for you to get their business.

Saving bread is good, we all should. But I'm single in Vegas fam and time ain't forever either. When it's checkout time I wanna be able to say I had a good one! Ghetto Gospel!
