what happened to all the ramen flavors?

Damn near everything is high in sodium.

That said I mostly eat the cups when it's too late to make a whole meal or for a quick lunch.

Is certainly not something you live off of.

Find this at your local asian grocery. Cook the noodles in boiling water for couple minutes, drain it, put it in a bowl and add the packed spice and mix it up. Mad good! Put a fried egg on top and siracha

Man I used to put a tbs.of butter in my chicken flavored ramen, mix in crushed onion and leftover tenders and have a meal.
