like with all apple products, it depends on your personality. if you always need to have the latest and greatest, you'll get sucked into buying a new one every 12 - 18 months. If you want a decent reliable computer that takes up little space and doesn't produce tons of heat, it's the way to go. you can get an i5 at a good price if you shop around or wait till there's an apple refresh because apple fan boys will off load their old stuff to get the newest. i got a 3 month old 32gb ipad 2 off one of those fools for $400 when the ipad3s came out. Back on topic though, it's cool and it'll run what you want it to.
