You say you can go on and on actually do that explain as much as you can and other posters share their opinions too

Just study music history.

...or ask the Beatles, Elvis, Emenim, Backstreet Boys, the Bee Gee's or almost any other artist with over 100 million recods sold and ask them who their musical influence were.

In music and in movies the whites who can emulate "Soul" or display soulful characteristics are always the favorites, look at Hollywood for the best example of that.

And again, there was a radical element of black America during that time that fought back

Malcolm X (1955-1965)

Huey P. Newton

Bunchy Carter

Fred Hamption etc. (1965-1976)

Mutulu Shakur

Assata Shakur

Afeni Shakur

Geronimo Pratt etc. (1970-1986)

1986-1990 (Afrocentric Movement in Hip Hop but no armed resistance)

Tupac Shakur (1991-1996)

Khalid Muhammad (1993-2001, Radical Message but no armed resistance)

So it's been people representing for us and striking back at our enemies from 1963-2001.

i know all that im just sayin we r much mo free now thatz all...

I'll never forget in 99 when Eminem went after Lauryh Hill based off a rumor talking about "Oh She doesn't like White People". He even rhymed about it on "Role Model":

"I might ask for date from Lauryh Hill, some people see that I'm white ignoring skill" - Eminem

Yet in the back of his mind, he knew he made a racist tape against a Black Woman. Funny how the tables turn looking back at that.

smh y dont da wiggerz & house niggaz eva talk about this??????

No we're not more free. Anybody out of line gets checked with the quickness, and the whites don't even have to be the person who does it now. Also, back in the 60's and earlier, BLACKS OWNED THE SMALL BUSINESSES IN THE COMMUNITY. We gave that up for integration. And the only reason I posted those examples was because you said we weren't fighting when actually, we were fighting more back then than we are now.

Furthermore, I forgot about the L Boogie situation but he is right. EM is slick with his and has been since day uno. Deep....

Emenim fans are no different than Elvis fans who are easily the wackiest fans on the planet.

Look at sales, concerts, and just in general popularity in general the artists who can emulate Black musical artforms most convincingly are usually the most popular.

They are loyal to him because he articulates their most innate desires and fantasies, and also because they can live vicariously through him..I could go on and on.

They don't dress up like that nigga and visit his house every year like elvis

I'm not going back in all of those posts. And whites and those who work for whites still kill blacks freely and get away with it. Only difference is now the game's more complex. You're delusional.

No one has ever answered this.

I haven't voted. But if the question is do I think he great at what he does. The answer is yes. I don't like dude for reasons I've stated in other threads. But the fact remains that he could rap rings around 90% of rappers about to today.

Whether I like it or not he will go down in history as one of the GOATS. Only cause he white tho.....Niggas that rap as good as him don't get the time of day.

I hate the police, with a passion. But I still appreciate the job that they do. I use this logic when talking about Eminem.
