Yes, I was a huge procrastinator.
I started writing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals. I read them every morning as soon as I wake up and every night before I go to bed. Your goals must be clear and concise and they must have a deadline or you'll convince yourself that you'll get to it "some day". "Some day" never happens. Read "Focal Point"
