I'm surprised nobody has said how Visually stunning the Life of Pi was.

That movie was a great sony but the visuals made it a great over all film

nah i think children of men i situated in london and it's a science fiction thriller not related to city of god

what are some movies that yall didn't like visually?

i actually didn't like children of men visually, just too bleek imo

and i hate movies like transformers and bourne identity for the shaky cam style

Deakins is a Gawd.. his work recently on Sicario was ill

I really don't know how that movie was snubbed by Hollywood during the awards season... I was thinking maybe because Del Toro was in Traffic

Yeah my bad... I misread (@Lou_Cypher I meant City Of Men)

Children Of Men was dope as it featured some spinning technology Lubezki invented with a scene in the movie where they're ambushed in a vehicle...

The way he also captures dystopia London was dope
