Stalley aint gon ever create the buzz for himself that wale and meek did, swangin cant do for him what That Way & Like A Boss did, that aint none of ross fault, like he told pill, gotta create them hits, tbh ion kno how ross saw anything in stalley in the first place imo

i dont know enough about Stalley to provide an opinion, i just wanna comment on the impressive writing tho. All those puns and cliches you incorporated, salute!

Aside from music from what I've seen of Stalley's personality he seems kinda arrogant like he wants a hand-out..I remember when that nigga Hit-Boy came out with the song "Jay-Z Interview" and he was bitching about the attention it was getting when he put so much effort into his mixtape..and then the breakfast club interview Charlemagne had asked him why he doesn't run with the rest of Maybach more to get his buzz up and he kinda got an attitude saying he doesn't need to run with anybody for a buzz and his buzz is already on their level...and THEN on Twitter he doesn't follow any of his fans back at all..the only person that doesn't follow anybody back is Kanye West that I can think of. It seems like he doesn't get that sometimes it's about more than music, and that's more on him than Ross. He comes off as delusional about his position.

he dont understand the business .When i watch him on the breakfest club interview it seem like he didnt even want to be there with the whole MMG. Im not a fan of his music at all if hes on a song i fast forward to the other person lol .I think he would leave MMG

He straight boring IMO ....and i don't know why a nigga would be arrogant after a few mixtapes if that's true fuck'em maybe he can get and E1 deal..but he might think he too good for that

Just like others have said Stalley thinks he is bigger than he is...Most people dont even know he is in MMG...I like his mixtapes but i dont see him getting even to a Curren$y level

Album comin 2014, no need to rush him, in the era of jewgros and thrift shopping gay advocates, a bald crooked tooth muslim is never gonna "blow up". Let him gets some looks on the mmg albums ( he has), tv (he has), and touring (he's gotten some)

He just released an ep, go cop on itunes

No sense in throwing a bunch of money at him when he's the type of artist that will have a dedicated fanbase throughout his career

Anyway I heard he's been in the studio with drake so maybe thatll be a single

Better question is where's rockie, gunplay's torch's albums

I agree, and real talk Stalley deserves a lot of the blame. I see no reason why "Party Heart" couldn't have been a single on the radio, it had all the ingredients, even guest spots from 2 Chainz and Rick Ross. But then again how hard would it have been for Ross to get Khaled or his superfriends in the industry to get that song steady burn on the radio

I'm talking about all the behind the scenes that go on in the music industry. The people with the highest influence are the ones pulling the strings. Like a new-aged version of Pay-pal. I believe Khaled and Ross etc. got a lot of influence on the shit that's getting played

LOL all I needed to know about Stalley was displayed during that Breakfast Club interview

He's not hot

Charlemagne knew it

Ross knows it

Meek knew it and tried to instigate

He has no presence at all, just a rappin ass nigga.

I cant see him releasing an album at all but like I always say if ASAP Ferg can.....

I made a Stalley appreciation thread and even I aint readin all that Op lol

But its simple really: Stalley is not that type of artist. Imo everything he does on MMG is xtra, its gravy. B/c everything about his personality and his content points towrd a Currensy, Z-Ro, Bishop Lamont type career. The thing they all have in common is theyre all not...worldly/trendy/dumb enough to pop. Wale is. Meek is. All these silly new nggas are lol Asap rocky, Big Sean, etc.

And thats exactly why I fuks wit Stalley. Every rapper, especially in this day n age, is not meant for the masses.
