DOC is the reason why Doggystyle sounded good as it did, he taught Snoop how to write songs. Snoop was smooth but DOC flow was bananas. Far as lyrics, niggas really think todays swag niggas are better than the best 90's lyricists? That's raw comedy and pure bias.

You can tell the albums are old, but thats not a bad thing. and the lyrics are better than 95% of the rappers out now

Raekwons Wu vs Shaolin sounds like some of it was recorded in 97. OB4CL2 sounds dated. Thats why I like it.
