you guys seem to not be getting my question , im asking how do the humans that come to westworld know the distinction between a human and a robot if this is like a real world simulation, especially if you are allow to show and kill anyone surely there has to be a mistake where someone human gets mistakenly shot.

For the most part they would realize through interaction who is real and who is fake, the robots are ultimately there to serve and take them through a story. And it's been explained multiple times the weapons the park provide don't harm humans just the robots.
