Lol @ a 29 year old not having speed.

He isn't washed up, just isn't what people expected he was. But Moss is still better than him.

And it took Austin 4 years to become relevant because he was usually the fourth or fifth receiver on the depth chart.

When you're that low its hard to get on the field and prove yourself.

Dog Miles Austin had one beast year and it took him 4 yrs to do it... Santana has done that and been a good WR for years
Roy Williams and Joey Galloway are both washed up but at least Galloway still has his speed
Dez Bryant has potential to be nice but he's a rookie and hasn't proven anything, He's Devin Thomas 3 years ago right now

miles austin returned kicks his first year and the first time he got significant playin time was last year

A 40 year old Galloway is still faster than a 29 year old Roy Williams. I think Austin is nice but if he was that much of a beast why did it take him so long to get on the field? Dallas saw him everyday in practice for 4 years don't you think if they thought he was a #1 receiver they would have given him a chance before last year?

so you know i gotta stick up for my boys right

1st off

what the fuck is a devin thomas?

secondly,

miles austin had to wait his turn. smh @ our former 4th string receiver havin more talent than yall whole WR corps. Miles didnt even start the whole season last year...AND STILL made the pro bowl

santana moss was good like 3 years ago. now you go redskins games and not even hear his name called..

and yes dez hasnt proven himself

but i still feel bad for the nickel back that has to cover him. the guys potential is through the roof.

All I'm gonna say is I'm real glad you hype about Dez Bryant cuz I felt the same way about Peter Warrick, Charles Rogers, and Mike Williams

Naw, because when you're in practice against 3rd string defensive units the coaches aren't really looking for someone to have star potential cause at times everyone is going to do good.

That's the way the NFL works. Unless you're a high pick or injuries occur you might not get your chance. If Bledsoe never got injured and the Patriots second string QB had a hamstring pull we would have never seen Brady on the field.

Plus I believe Miles Austin was undrafted, Not too many undrafted guys even get the opportunity to play not to mention Play, Start, Contribute, and Make the Pro Bowl.
