Smh. Black People really need to discover the concept of Organizing. Everything isn't for everybody. For every job you snub your nose at there's some muthafucker out there that'll do it. For every job you can't do some other muthafucker is out there Over-Equipped for the task.
African-American Leaders should Ngrain this slowly (but not too slowly), into Child Care, Pre-K, & Elementary school Children for the 2016 Agenda & Beyond:
Triple-Down on Multi-Group Batch assignments [Multiple Groups of Multiple Groups of Classmates] and Deeply Embed it into the curriculum so that they understand what it is they're doing and Why and who's supposed to do what-&-why [according to Interests & Gifts, and sometimes Weaknesses]. Take the idea of Togetherness and teach your regular MSHE Subjects around the setting.
Basically turn the Classroom into a Fantasy for them in every Classroom "everyday". With Games, Food, and Hollywood-style Acting/Role Playing, and Sports. Do whatever they're into without question but try a little bit of everything before muthafuckers get settled down and really hone their Craft at Life. Even sprinkle some lessons in there about Tax, Law, and Diet. And when they hit Puberty then we can give them a Rundown on "Community Education" aka Law Enforcement 101. Scare em And Piss them off. Which'll be easy becuz at that Age they're already like that anyway so some of that shit e'll Stick
MAKE students work with Friends (while low-key Observing their individual strengths) and even go as far as to get their own Neighborhood Friends & Like-Aged Siblings involved with some of their assignments to bring things Full Circle (becuz Classmates grow apart with Age).
And that shit would be Mandatory becuz it's Imperative to the OVERALL Teachings.

It's really too late for anybody past 22 who hasn't really Had that type of Basic Education and/or Connection to Learn this in-time Properly when their Minds are in their Prime for Development. Tho it's not really possible to Never Not Being Able To Learn but usually those types of Energies don't hit you again until your 30s when you hit that hump.
And make no mistake, everyone isn't going to get it. Introverts will be Introverts, Gangsters will be Gangsters, and That Young Hoe Still Gon'Roll but if this is the new Mandate in Minority-Dominated Schools across the Nation from A to Z then we'll Recoup as the Cycle will always continue to turn regardless.... tha Cycle of life that is
Now all we need is some strong, connected in the Streets foreal Black People who have just as much Brains as Bronze that's on some total Debo shit. Like going in front of Congress, The Secretary of Education, and The Supreme Court and telling them wassup. No asking, just saying and then immediately Doing right after.
They want us to Beg for Their permission just so they can tell us No as if we don't know that already. So why Beg when you can just Do. This Post probably makes it sound more Complicated than it actually is. Especially considering that you wouldn't have to Alter the Budget
