I'm sorry you can say Ewing was a choker but to call him overrated was BS. I had to argue with Knicks fans all the time about this, now they miss his ass cause they see how bad the Knicks have become.

naw son he was neva good to me. he had some of the worst hands from a big man i ever seen. he was a good rebounder but nat as good as he should have been. had no post moves and wasnt clucth. he was all bark no bite. if he played elsewhere with a team who had a smaller market, he would just be another good playerwith good stats.

I disagree Ewing was pretty good he had nice footwork for a big man and had somethin none of these current C's have a consistent Jumper.Nobody today is droppin 18 footers

He was top 5-8 in rebounds you gotta remember rodman led the league for like 10 years straight nobody was gettin rebound stats compared to dennis

he did have have a jumper, but he shot too many of them. at cruch time, instead of on da post, he stayed out there tryna shoot jumpers. when he was younger, he grabbed boards mostly off his jumping ability. he really didnt have to box out. and for his footwork, i seen so many games when he stumbled over his feet bout to make a rushed move. matter of fact, the whole damn knicks team would be stumbling on the court. i couldnt stand them at all, they were no fun to watch play. LOL at greg anthony tripping over his feet after reggie sank them 8 points in da 4th

Ewings post move is that running hook across the middle, other than that he had a consistent jumper.

You see how Reggie was able to grab his nuts. If someone were to do that today it would be a public out roar,

Reggie in the post game interview: "John Starks choked"

said it like it was. you'd never hear someone say that these days.

Lol @ Mark Jackson sayin John Starks wanted no parts of that free throw line lmao

"I looked into his eyes............. and he wanted NO parts of that free throw line...."

That nigga said that w/ conviction. LOL

Greg Anthony trippin' over his feet was halarious. How does your point gaurd not get his team off a shot in the last seconds on some goof troop shit.

And Ewing was that dude, but I've neva seen somebody BRICK a finger roll. LMAO! I know he wanted 2 dunk, but them knees was killin' that man. He used 2 look like he was playin' rugby wit all those pads on his knees and shins.

Man the NBA use to be so much better back in the day.

And notice the scores in all the games in the 70-90 point range. That just shows you that it wasn't the scoring the the NBA lacked, it was the great rivalries. Now with these watered down rules you can't even put your body on someone like Lebron or Kobe. The games back then were too hardcore for Stern's soft ass.

that was a great documentary, the knicks were a good team in the 90s but they didn't have a closer....

good documentary....i think the league HAD to soften up after knicks/pacers series, knicks/heat series...and of course the Pacers/Pistons brawl.....that pretty much forced Stern to "soften up"...other than that the league back then was the shit and so much better to watch....even with MJ's "vacation"...lmao@ niggas celebrating MJ retiring knowing thier best shot was now or never....lmao
