If you clicked on the link and you don't see the feed, it goes down periodically for a minute or two while it's switching cameras. Please please bookmark it and check it about 10 minutes later or so. Also it seems to take about an hour-ish to circle the earth. If it's in the dark side, come back in about 20-30 minutes and it'll be light again.

Edit 2: If the screen is black - it seems to indicate that the camera is ON but the ISS is on the dark side of Earth, so there isn't enough light to make out any detail. It seems to take about 30ish minutes to cross from dark to light (and back again)
