that type of beat has been the flavor for the past year or so

you could still flow different even if i agree that this kind of beat demands for it. most of these rappers are a) not capable of doing such or b) just want to sound like the other average motherfucker right now

Nooooo. I've been in the studio so many times with producers & rappers / singers and the producer will play like 7 of some of the most original shit I've heard. Then the artist goes, "Don't you have any beats like (*insert hottest producer here*)". Can't blame the producers when they're not their own boss
