I don't think he was jealous, why would he have been?

I think he just didn't like the direction them niggas was finna take rap, with all the materialistic talk and flashy dressing lifestye

but Jay nem did make the average nigga step his grind up with that type of talk, rather it be legal or illegal it made alot of dudes get their money up

nigga did u know who pac was in '96? why the fuck would he be jealous of Jay? out of anything he woulda been more jealous of Nas in '96 than Jay. Nas was actually a multi platinum artist then, while jay was still gettiin his foot in the door.

I already said Pac was more successful commercially, so obviously he wasnt jealous of who jay was.

I think pac was jealous of Jay's TALENT and threatened by it.

Big aint "diss" Pac. He actually made fun of himself if anything.

Yall niggas gone this long thinkin that was a "diss"?

im just sayin jay wasn't really all that relevant in 1996. I was sayin Nas was in discussions more than Jay that year.

NO

Pac was jealous of biggie thats why he name dropped him excessively and obsessed over him in interviews

Biggie was everything pac wish he could be a superior mc, a don,a king, a boss,a nigga who moved weight from state to state,a mc respected and admired by his peers,a rapper who's debut album was a hit and critically acclaimed,a rapper wit CLASSICS like juicy, big poppa, warning, one more chance

A rapper who had industry chicks literally fighting over him and was labeled the king of NYC

A rapper who didnt have to get shot, stage publicity stunts to sell records and act like a retard to get noticed

Me and my homie was talkin about this the other day that nigga pac was obsessed wit biggie he was robert deniro in "The Fan"

dude you a real funny cat, what did he have to be jealous of.......he was selling more records than anybody in this conversation, wasn't nobody fighting over biggie like that, pac was seen with the baddest females in showbiz, salli richardson, madonna, rozie perez, jada pinkett, arnelle simpson the list goes on.....wasn't nobody obsessed with biggie but lil kim...smh @ your hate for pac outweighing your common "sense"(if u even have that) for you to even believe what prodigy said, you just made yourself look like a str8 yesman, and ya homie obviously a yesman for hanging with a slave age house nigga like u smh

yeah pac wasn't jealous of non of them niggas. my initial point was it would've made more sense if he was jealous of Nas instead of Jay. Nobody was seein Pac in '96. The only people who could even come close to Pac that year is the Fugees.
