This is why I can't vote. At his best he was dropping verses like on "Hollywood Divorce" and "Ghetto" holding his own against vintage Outkast, Nas, Jay-Z, etc. But at his worst, he as terrible as Soulja Boy and Shawty Lo.

Potential wise, no he's not wack. As far as what he's become, he's as wack as can possibly be. We'll have to see how he finishes his career to decide what his ultimate worth is as an artist.

Lil Wayne used to be dope. Now he's whack as fuck.

Drought 2, 3 Carter 1, 2, 3, No Ceilings. All really really really good. The he came out with Rebirth (LOL) and C4 and all that shit and start plugging his Duckshit... erm i mean trukfit brand into every song he came out with. Yea during Squad Up and first couple Carters I don't think it's too many people that could fuck with that flow. He could ride the shit out of a beat NH.

I know a lot of people don't like Wayne any more but I don't know how people could objectively say he's "wack". From a talent standpoint, other rappers ain't gifted like Wayne. And to me if you're not sitting here trying to overanalyze music his shit is still enjoyable. I genuinely liked most of Carter 4. It's not a song on I Am Not A Human Being that I dislike. Dedication 4 was decent, I haven't listened to IANAHB2 thoroughly yet because I don't have a deck in my car right now and that's when I mainly give albums shakes but from what I heard it wasn't bad.
